We do not use your data for marketing without your consent and we make no automated decisions with legal effect on you.
We use our own analytics system, hosted on our server, without cookies and without third-party services such as Google Analytics. We do not store IP addresses. To count unique visitors we compute an irreversible code from the IP address, browser and a random value that changes every day; we therefore cannot identify you or follow your activity from one day to the next. Detailed data is kept for 12 months, after which only anonymous daily totals remain.
Motocross events are public and the photos published in the gallery show riders, teams and spectators. Photos are watermarked and may be downloaded by visitors for personal use.
If you appear in a photo and want it deleted, email [email protected] with the link or number of the photo. We remove it without asking for a reason, normally within 5 working days.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Only the providers that help us run the website can access it, as processors, and only as far as necessary:
Some pages include third-party content: YouTube (Live page), Google Maps (Contact page) and Google Fonts. When you open them, your browser connects directly to their servers, which may process your IP address and set cookies under their own policies. These companies may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under mechanisms approved by the European Commission (e.g. the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). See the Cookie policy.

The website is not intended to collect data from children under 16. For underage riders, paddock passes and any other communication go through a parent or guardian. Parents may request the removal of photos of their child at any time.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), a password-protected admin area, CSRF protection and login attempt limiting. Access to data is restricted to people who need it.
We may update this policy when the way we process data changes. The version in force is the one on this page, with the last update date shown above.
