The website provides information about the Muntenia Racing Park motocross track, events, news, photo gallery, live streams and partners. The information is general and may change at any time without notice.

You agree to use the website lawfully. You must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to the website, the admin area or our servers;
• disrupt the website (attacks, excessive load, automated tools);
• copy content in bulk using automated tools (scraping);
• send false, offensive, unsolicited advertising or illegal content through our forms.

Texts, photos, videos, logos and graphics on the website belong to Muntenia Racing Park or our partners and are protected by Romanian copyright law (Law no. 8/1996). Sponsor trademarks belong to their owners.

Gallery photos may be downloaded and shared for personal, non-commercial use (e.g. a rider posting their photos on social media), provided the watermark is kept and, where possible, the source “Photo: Muntenia Racing Park” is credited.

Any commercial use (advertising, sponsor materials, resale, press) requires our prior written consent.

We take photos and videos at events and publish them on the website and on social media. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, email [email protected] with the link or number of the photo and we will remove it. See our Privacy policy for details.

Event schedules, regulations and entry conditions are those officially announced by the organisers; where they differ, the official event regulations prevail over the website.

Motocross is a high-risk sport. Access to and activity on the track are subject to the track rules, staff instructions and competition regulations. The website does not replace these rules.

Paddock passes are personal and non-transferable and may be revoked in case of misuse or breach of the rules.

Live streams are provided free of charge, subject to availability. We do not guarantee their continuity or quality. Rebroadcasting, commercial recording or embedding the stream on other platforms without our consent is prohibited.

The website links to external sites (sponsors, social networks, YouTube, Google Maps). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or that the website is always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the information on the website or from being unable to access it.
